A foreign investor wishes to do a complete facade renovation of a building located in the « Sentier » sector in Paris.
The scope of works included all necessary permits, the organisation of the tender process and the construction site supervision.
- Design and realization of an illuminated sign « House of Mozart » referring to a dwelling occupied in the past by the mother of Mozart and also himself.
